Invoicing

Anova has transitioned to Pandell’s web-based invoicing system, Pandell Jobutrax. This system allows Anova to electronically receive invoices and associated documentation from vendors in a seamless manner at no additional cost to you.

You will benefit from our transition to this electronic invoicing system in several ways including:

Notifications during the approval process;
Increased invoice accuracy minimizing disputes and rejections;
Ability to view invoice status;
Reduced payment cycle time (vendors not adopting Pandell VP will experience delayed payments);
Enhanced functionality associated with searching, archiving and storing invoices; and
B2B support to help avoid manual entry of invoice data.
